Yes. Citron at the Packing District provides a secure, multi-level parking garage with two convenient entrances from Orange Blossom Trail and Diversified Way. Guest parking is available along Diversified Way for visitors. While spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, EV charging stations are available for residents who drive electric vehicles. 

No. All apartment homes at Citron are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their own furniture and decor to create a space that truly feels like home. 

Not at this time. Citron at the Packing District currently offers standard lease terms to ensure residents receive the most competitive rates and a stable, long-term living experience. For those seeking flexibility, the leasing team can provide information on renewal options and future availability. 

Yes. Every apartment at Citron includes a full-size washer and dryer for ultimate convenience. With in-home laundry, residents can skip the laundromat and take care of chores on their own schedule. 

Rent covers the cost of your apartment home. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are billed separately to give residents flexibility and control over their individual usage. Additional monthly services such as valet trash, pest control, and community Wi-Fi are also billed separately for transparency and convenience. 

Yes. The fitness center at Citron is a beautifully designed, one-story space equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. There’s also a dedicated yoga room with television access for guided sessions. Whether you prefer an energizing morning workout or a quiet evening stretch, you’ll have all the tools you need to maintain your wellness routine without ever leaving home. 

Citron partners with WhiteSky to provide community-wide high-speed Wi-Fi. With community-wide coverage, residents can stay connected whether they’re at home, working remotely, or relaxing in one of the shared amenity spaces. 

Yes. Monthly fees include valet trash, pest control, community Wi-Fi, pet rent (if applicable), and liability insurance. These services are bundled to simplify billing and ensure every resident enjoys a clean, well-maintained, and connected living environment. 

Rent can be paid quickly and securely through the online resident portal. The system accepts ACH transfers, debit cards, and credit cards, and also allows residents to set up automatic payments to ensure rent is always paid on time with minimal hassle. 

Yes. Citron at the Packing District is conveniently located near a Lynx bus stop at the corner of Orange Blossom Trail and Princeton Street. This location provides easy access to downtown Orlando, major employers, and popular attractions throughout the city, making commuting simple and stress-free. 

The community is zoned for Lake Silver Elementary, College Park Middle School, and Edgewater High School, all part of the Orange County Public School District. Families appreciate the area’s strong educational options and proximity to a variety of after-school programs and community activities.

Yes. Citron is proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in Orlando, FL that welcomes both cats and dogs. Your four-legged friends will love exploring the neighborhood’s nearby trails and pet-friendly spaces, while you’ll appreciate the pet spa for convenient grooming and care. In addition to the on-site dog spa, residents can take advantage of the nearby walking areas and green spaces throughout the Packing District. The community’s proximity to trails and open areas makes it easy to give pets plenty of exercise and fresh air. 

Standard breed restrictions apply to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. For a full list of restricted breeds, you can view our pet policy, or our leasing staff will be happy to answer any specific questions about your pet’s eligibility. 

There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets, along with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment. 

Yes. Service animals are welcome with the proper documentation, in full compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
