Pet Policy

Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet (2 pets $500) 
Monthly Pet Rent (Per Pet): $30
Weight Limit: 100 lbs per household
Allow 2 pets per household.
No pet deposit.
Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. 

Breed Restrictions: The following dog breeds and any hybrid thereof are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf, Mastiff, Pit Bull / Staffordshire / Terrier, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei and St. Bernard. Exotic (ferrets, snakes, rodents, lizards) or poisonous animals (tarantulas, insects, and certain types of fish) are not permitted.
